JANE WHITTINGHAM is a children’s librarian and the acclaimed author of eight books including Wild One, A Good Day for Ducks, Animals Move, and Bear Has a Belly. Among the many honours her books have received is being named an Ontario Library Association Best Bets and a Toronto Public Library First and Best book. Jane lives in British Columbia, where Christmas is more likely to be wet than white, and her favourite winter activity is curling up in front of a roaring fire with a hot cup of tea and a good book (or two).
