Arielle Johnson, Ph.D., former Director’s Fellow at the MIT Media Lab, and the expert on flavory chemistry and gastronomy, advises and collaborates with some of the best restaurants and chefs in the world, including the former noma by René Redzepi. She is currently the Science Officer on Alton Brown's Food Network show, Good Eats Reloaded, and has written about food and science for the Los Angeles Time and the former Lucky Peach. She lives in New York, New York with her husband.
