Biography
<p><strong><em>The Heartbreak Hotel</em></strong> was set up in 2020 as a retreat for heartbroken women by good friends Alice and Ruth, who met at Edinburgh University. Their mission is to light up hearts all over the world.</p><p><strong>Dr Alice Haddon</strong> is a psychologist and psychology lecturer at the University of London. Her writing has been featured in The Times, Harper’s Bazaar and HuffPost.</p><p><strong>Ruth Field</strong> is a former criminal barrister and has published three coaching self-help books. She is a motivational speaker and during lockdown trained formally as a coach.</p>
