The 7+ books are designed for children aged 7+ who need more practice to acquire phonics skills. This non-fiction book explores fear: what it is, why we feel it and how to overcome it. We learn about "fight or flight” in the animal kingdom, as well as examples of human physical fears (like spiders) and mental fears (like school worry). We all feel afraid sometimes, and that’s okay.
