Neil Gaiman has conjured up wonderful tales in his collection of stories, M Is for Magic. These stories all have just enough of the fantastic, mystical, creepy, or oddball to make them really interesting, but not so much as to make them unreal or strange. The stories all have just enough humor, too. These stories stay with you, and the memory of the story will linger. I devoured the book! I hope he pulls another trick out of his hat and writes another collection of stories! This book is a wonderful introduction to Neil Gaiman and his writing. It was my first exposure to Neil Gaiman's writing and I am sure to read more!

I loved this book! I've read Coraline before, and this was mostly with the same strange humor. It was dark, yet funny, and I read through it quickly. It certainly made me think!

These tales definitely have unexpected twists. The stories that you expect to be scary end up amusing you, and ones that don't seem too suspenseful make you jump out of your socks with a surprise ending. I really enjoyed the combination of stories and think that young readers would be well-entertained by the tales.

Oh wow, where to start. Mr Gaiman gave me chills and happy warm fuzzies. I loved the way everyone in "Chivalry" were not concerned with the wonders that surrounded them An excellent story. And the creeps and chills you'll just have to read for yourself. Another excellent all around hurrah. Older and younger readers will enjoy these stories.
