Beth Cruikshank has been a practising veterinarian and has worked with the Computers for Schools program in Canada. She has also been a freelance writer for many years and frequently collaborates with Johnston on For Better or for Worse® projects. Beth has owned (or been owned by) hundreds of pets of every size, shape and sort. She lives in Miami, Manitoba, in the rural heartland of Canada.
